    • Make minor amendments as necessary to approximate estimate

Design details, production drawings, tender documents and tender action

    • Selection of procurement procedures and contract forms
    • Prepare bills of quantities and other tender documents and ensure that they
    • tally with other consultant’s drawings and specifications
    • Provide to the client the final estimates of the works based on the priced bills
    • of quantities

Tender action and Construction period

    • Evaluate tenders and recommend on the appointment of a contractor
    • Draw up the contract document
    • Valuation of works in progress for interim valuations/certificates
    • Cost control
    • Financial appraisals in consultation with other consultants
    • Evaluation of contractual claims

Defects liability period

    • Prepare valuation for final certificate
    • Prepare final account statement
