Qs Michael Ngacha graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2013 with a second-class honours degree in quantity surveying. He is a registered quantity surveyor with Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyor (BORAQS) under registration No Q860 since 2016. He is a member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK). With over 7 years post-graduation experience, Michael is well versed in various projects namely: Office blocks (Senteu Plaza at junction of Lenana and Galana road Kilimani, and Delta Chambers next to Consolata Shrine Westlands). Residential Apartments (Solitaire signature duplex apartments on General Mathenge Road and Kika Des Suites on Muthangari Drive). Hospitality (Grandwest Hotel by Best western Karuna Road Westlands, and Midland Hotel Nakuru. Serviced Apartments (Warwick Centre, Gigiri).
Industrial Plants (Concrete and timber pole making plant in Salgaa, Nakuru. Town Houses (Elgon Nanyuki, opposite British Army, Nanyuki) , just to mention a few. The above exposure and expertise has placed Qs Michael in a position where he can handle any construction project irrespective of its complexity.
